In September 2007, CIC Partners partnered with company Founder and CEO, Dr. Jerry Ransom in a recapitalization of OmniSYS to support continued growth. CIC Limited Partner Ed Wristen, former CEO of First Health (NYSE: FHCC) serves as Chairman of OmniSYS and another Limited Partner Jim Smith, founder of First Health and Chairman of Gartner Group (NYSE: IT), serves on the board.
