John Antioco

John F. Antioco is the former Chairman and CEO of Blockbuster Inc., which owns, operates and franchises over 8,000 stores worldwide. Prior to joining Blockbuster, John's 30-year career in retail and restaurant businesses included 20 years at 7-Eleven, rising to be the chain's SVP, responsible for all store operations worldwide. After 7-Eleven, John went on to lead 3 major retail turnarounds as Chairman and CEO. Circle K was restructured out of bankruptcy, taken public and sold. Taco Bell's multi-year negative sales trend was reversed which helped facilitate PepsiCo's restaurant divisions (now Yum Inc.) spin-off. He led Blockbuster through a series of strategic and operational initiatives, including initiating historic revenue-sharing programs with major studios before taking the chain public in August 1999. Under his stewardship at Blockbuster, the Company saw its revenue increase from $3.3 billion to over $6 billion prior to his departure.

John plays an integral role in CIC Partners' retail and restaurant initiatives. John served as Chairman of Main Street Restaurant Group, a former CIC portfolio company. In addition to his efforts in deal origination and evaluation, John and CIC have formed a joint venture, CIC Advantage Holdings LP, to identify and co-invest in particular retail and restaurant businesses.

Ray Hemmig is currently Chairman of Buffet Partners Holding Company (dba Furr's), a former CIC portfolio company, and is also Chairman and GP of Retail & Restaurant Growth Capital, L.P. a licensed Small Business Investment Corporation. Ray has over 35 years of experience in the retail and restaurant industries and is an active investor/manager in multiple successful retail and restaurant transactions. He was a partner and co-founder of Hemmig & Martin, a consulting firm to clients in the food service, retail and franchise industries. He has served in executive/ management roles for Ace Cash Express (CEO), Grandy's Restaurants (EVP/COO), Hickory Farms and JC Penney. Ray currently serves on the boards of Restoration Hardware and QualServ Corporation and is a former board member of Ace Cash Express (COB), Party City Corp, and On the Border Cafes, Inc.

Ray assists CIC Partners with deal origination and evaluation of restaurant and retail businesses.

Jim Keyes is currently CEO and Chairman of the Board of Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI, BBI.B), a $5.5 billion company and a leading global provider of movie and game entertainment. With more than 7,800 stores in 22 countries around the world, Blockbuster is currently undergoing a transformation under Jim's leadership and has embarked on a mission to become a convenient provider of media entertainment through its stores, its by-mail service and through new entertainment technologies. Prior to Blockbuster, Jim served as CEO of 7-Eleven Inc., with approximately 30,000 convenience store locations around the world, and during his tenure helped that company achieve 36 consecutive quarters of same-store sales increases. Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.

Rick Schaden was the Founder, Chairman and until 2006 the CEO of Quiznos, Inc., building it into the number two sandwich chain in the world today. Rick spearheaded franchise growth from 18 units in 1991 to over 5,000 worldwide today. A key to his success has been his relentless focus on product quality and superior store economics.

Rick is also the Founder and Chairman of Consumer Capital Partners where he is actively developing new restaurant and retail concepts, including Smashburger and 123 Fit. Rick and his family are actively involved with many projects focused on ending world poverty and homelessness.

Roger Staubach

While Roger Staubach is best known for being one of the greatest college and professional football players of all time, his business career has been phenomenal as well.

Roger Staubach is currently the Executive Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle, a market leading global real estate firm. In July 2008, he sold his business, The Staubach Company, to Jones Lang LaSalle in a transaction valued at $613 million. Roger built The Staubach Company over three decades serving over 5,000 clients from 68 North American offices. In 2007, The Staubach Company completed transactions totaling $28 billion. Roger serves on the board of directors of AMR Corporation (NYSE: AMR) and Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK) and is the Chairman of the Host Committee for Super Bowl XLV. He is the winner of the Horatio Alger Award and the Congressional Medal of Honor "Patriot Award".
